3. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we may attempt to provide reasonable notice before the updated Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
The updated Terms will be effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted means that you accept and agree to the revised Terms.
4. Access to the Website
Subject to these Terms, Accumentum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the website solely for lawful, personal, educational, professional development, or business purposes.
You agree that you will not modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, scrape, copy, mirror, frame, publicly display, sell, resell, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of the website, services, content, course materials, or digital assets without Accumentum’s prior written permission.
5. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
By using the website or services, you represent that you have the legal authority and capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use the website or services on behalf of an employer, organization, government agency, military unit, sponsor, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Promptly update information when necessary;
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes;
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations;
- Respect Accumentum’s intellectual property and the intellectual property of third parties;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, course access details, and learning portal information; and
- Accept responsibility for activity that occurs through your account or access credentials.
6. User Accounts and Course Access
Certain Accumentum services may require you to create an account, receive course access credentials, use a third-party learning portal, or access digital training materials. When you create an account or receive access credentials, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, access links, course materials, and any other credentials used to access Accumentum services. You agree not to share, resell, transfer, publish, or distribute your course access credentials or training materials unless expressly authorized in writing by Accumentum.
Accumentum may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that account credentials have been shared, misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.
7. Training Services and Course Enrollment
Accumentum training programs may include live instructor-led training, virtual instruction, self-paced learning resources, learning plans, labs, practice materials, exam preparation resources, administrative support, mentoring, career-aligned training guidance, or other services depending on the specific course or program purchased.
Course descriptions, schedules, delivery formats, instructors, learning resources, prerequisites, certification objectives, and program features may vary by course and may be updated periodically.
Accumentum may modify course schedules, substitute instructors, update course resources, change delivery methods, or revise program components when reasonably necessary due to instructor availability, vendor changes, certification body updates, curriculum changes, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Payments, Fees, Taxes, and Billing
You agree to pay all fees, charges, and applicable taxes associated with the services, training programs, products, registrations, or materials you purchase from Accumentum.
Prices, course fees, payment terms, installment options, funding arrangements, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed or approved by Accumentum.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Accumentum is not responsible for third-party payment processor outages, delays, declined transactions, payment card issues, bank fees, or payment processor policies.
If payment is not received, reversed, disputed, charged back, declined, or otherwise not completed, Accumentum may suspend or terminate access to course materials, training programs, registrations, or related services.
9. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and No-Shows
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific training program, course format, payment method, funding source, employer agreement, cohort arrangement, voucher purchase, third-party platform, or written terms provided at the time of purchase or registration.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by Accumentum, fees may become non-refundable after course access is issued, digital materials are delivered, a student begins training, an instructor-led course starts, exam vouchers are purchased or assigned, third-party resources are activated, or administrative processing has been completed.
Course transfers, substitutions, rescheduling, or credits may be permitted at Accumentum’s discretion and may be subject to administrative fees, vendor restrictions, instructor availability, cohort schedules, certification body rules, or funding program requirements.
Students who fail to attend, participate, complete onboarding, or use provided course access may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Accumentum.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or other rights available under applicable Texas or federal law.
10. Employer, Military, Government, Scholarship, and Funding Programs
Accumentum may support training funded through employers, government programs, military credentialing assistance programs, workforce development programs, veteran programs, spouse programs, scholarship partners, or other third-party funding sources.
Approval, eligibility, authorization, reimbursement, payment timing, documentation requirements, and continued funding are determined by the applicable third-party funding source, not solely by Accumentum.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the requirements of any funding program you use. Accumentum may provide support, documentation, invoices, learning plans, or administrative assistance, but we do not guarantee funding approval, reimbursement, credential approval, benefit eligibility, or payment by any third party.
If a funding source denies, delays, reduces, reverses, or fails to pay for a course or service, the student, purchaser, employer, sponsor, or responsible party may remain responsible for any unpaid balance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Certification Exams, Exam Vouchers, and Third-Party Credentialing Bodies
Many Accumentum programs are designed to prepare students for third-party certification exams. Certification exams, exam objectives, exam policies, testing windows, exam vouchers, retake policies, eligibility rules, proctoring rules, score reporting, continuing education requirements, certification names, certification logos, and credential requirements are controlled by the applicable third-party certification body, exam vendor, or testing provider.
Accumentum is not the certification body unless expressly stated. Completion of an Accumentum training program does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, qualify for a credential, receive an exam voucher, obtain employment, receive a promotion, satisfy employer requirements, or meet government program requirements.
All certification names, exam names, trademarks, logos, and credential marks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party certifications does not imply endorsement by the certification owner unless expressly stated.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Accumentum strives to provide high-quality training and practical certification preparation. However, your results depend on many factors outside Accumentum’s control, including your experience, study time, attendance, participation, preparation, testing conditions, employer requirements, certification body policies, market conditions, and individual performance.
Accumentum does not guarantee exam passage, certification approval, employment, salary increase, job placement, promotion, government funding approval, scholarship award, employer reimbursement, or any specific professional outcome.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, text, graphics, images, videos, software, course materials, learning resources, website elements, logos, brand names, layouts, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property made available by Accumentum are owned by Accumentum, licensed to Accumentum, or used with permission.
You may use course materials and website content only for your own authorized learning, training, or business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, transmit, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Accumentum materials without prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Accumentum and its licensors.
14. User Content, Testimonials, and Communications
If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, survey responses, profile information, success stories, images, messages, or other content to Accumentum, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Accumentum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, adapt, and distribute feedback or testimonials you voluntarily provide for business, marketing, service improvement, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any written limitations you provide.
Accumentum may remove or decline to publish user content at any time and for any reason.
15. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website, services, training materials, learning portals, or communications channels to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;

17. Email, SMS, and Electronic Communications
By submitting your contact information, registering for a course, making a purchase, or contacting Accumentum, you consent to receive transactional, administrative, service-related, enrollment-related, payment-related, legal, security, and support communications from Accumentum.
Where permitted by law and subject to your consent or preferences, Accumentum may also send marketing emails, SMS messages, event invitations, course updates, or promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in the applicable message or in our Privacy Policy.
You agree that electronic records, electronic notices, electronic signatures, online confirmations, website forms, emailed confirmations, and digital acknowledgments may satisfy legal communication and signature requirements to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Third-Party Websites, Platforms, and Services
Accumentum services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, learning portals, certification bodies, exam providers, scheduling tools, webinar platforms, video conferencing platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, government portals, employer systems, or other third-party services.
Accumentum does not own or control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, policies, fees, outages, errors, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, services, training materials, course content, digital resources, and related information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Accumentum does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, available at all times, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Accumentum disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and course or exam outcome.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Accumentum and its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, lost opportunity, certification failure, employment outcome, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the website, services, or training materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Accumentum’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, services, or training materials will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Accumentum for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accumentum LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
- Your access to or use of the website or services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Your misuse of course materials, learning resources, account credentials, or third-party platforms;
- Your submission of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information; or
- Your content, feedback, communications, or conduct.
22. Suspension and Termination
Accumentum may suspend or terminate your access to the website, services, course materials, learning platforms, or communications at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, failed to pay required fees, misused services, shared credentials, infringed intellectual property rights, engaged in unlawful conduct, or created risk for Accumentum, other users, partners, or third parties.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute provisions, and any accrued rights or obligations.
23. Texas Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the website, services, training programs, course materials, purchases, registrations, or relationship between you and Accumentum will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any non-waivable rights available under applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, services, or your relationship with Accumentum will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Travis County, Texas.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable Texas consumer protection law, federal law, or other applicable law.
24. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact Accumentum and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You may contact us at info@accumentum.net with the subject line “Terms Dispute.”
Your notice should include your name, contact information, a description of the issue, relevant transaction or course details, and the resolution you are requesting. Accumentum will make a good-faith effort to review and respond to reasonable dispute notices.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
26. No Waiver
Accumentum’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed or authorized by Accumentum.
27. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Accumentum’s prior written consent. Accumentum may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, corporate transaction, or transfer of business operations.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any written purchase terms, course-specific terms, funding documentation, signed agreements, and applicable service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accumentum regarding your use of the website and services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement signed or expressly approved by Accumentum, the separate written agreement will control only as to the specific subject matter covered by that agreement.
