Straight answers before you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel anytime from billing in your PathLock account. Access continues through the period you already paid for.
I already passed — do I still need PathPass?
No. If you already hold the cert, subscribe to PathLock Individual or Pro and keep it current. PathPass is exam prep for people still studying.
Military / CA / AF COOL?
Yes — Accumentum trains military and government teams. Funding often covers training and the exam more than PathPay; PathLock is still useful after you pass. California subscribers may see applicable sales tax at checkout. For Team or cohort pricing, email info@accumentum.net.
How does PathLock overlap with PathPass?
PathPass is exam prep ($19/$39). PathLock is maintain after you pass. Combo ($59/mo) is PathPass All-Access + PathLock Individual and saves $9/mo vs $39 + $29 separately.
What is in the Combo plan?
PathPass All-Access plus PathLock Individual on one bill at $59/mo — $9 less than buying them separately.
When do lock packs drop?
Yes. Active members get monthly packs (including (ISC)² and ISACA tracks today). New months publish on a rolling schedule inside PathLock.
What about broader catalog certs?
Date-tracking covers more vendors today. Deeper lock-pack mapping for additional CE bodies is on the roadmap — we will not claim packs we have not shipped.
Is this an app store download?
No App Store download needed. PathLock is a secure web portal you open in your browser at PathLock. PathPass remains the exam-prep product.
Does PathLock replace ISACA or (ISC)² AMF?
No. Annual Maintenance Fees (AMF) and vendor membership stay between you and the credentialing body. PathLock does not collect or replace those fees.
Do you pre-approve CPE with the vendors?
No. Activities are mapped to domains for member self-reporting. You report them; we provide the Accumentum activity record. Not official vendor pre-approval.
What is the “certificate” I download?
An Accumentum activity record of what you completed — not a vendor certificate and not proof of vendor-approved CPE by itself.
Is this Pathlock, Inc. / network access control?
No. PathLock is Accumentum’s credential-maintenance membership for the certs you earned. Not network lock, not user-access lock. Unrelated to Pathlock, Inc.
