HRCI Certification Training Course

HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) Certification Training Course

We'll get you ready for the HRCI SPHRi exam, the strategic credential for HR leaders based outside the United States.

Course focus: Leadership and Strategy, Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Information Management, Safety, and Security, mapped to the official HRCI exam content outline.
Course Overview

What the SPHRi Course Covers

HRCI describes the SPHRi as a senior level credential. The exam covers 5 functional areas, and Leadership and Strategy carries the most weight at 33%, so we give it the most class time.

Our instructor-led class follows the official SPHRi exam content outline area by area, with practice questions written in the scenario style HRCI uses. We also walk you through the application, the testing ID and booking with Pearson VUE.

The SPHRi is the senior HRCI credential for HR leaders outside the United States. It focuses on strategy, talent and organizational effectiveness in a single international setting.

HRCI also asks SPHRi candidates for an employment law document. We help you understand what that involves so it doesn't slow down your application.

Accumentum is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HRCI, and this isn't official HRCI training. HRCI sets exam content, fees and policies, so check hrci.org before you apply.
