Salesforce Certified Agentforce Service Consultant Certification Training Course
We'll get you ready for the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Service Consultant exam, the credential for people who design and roll out customer service solutions on Salesforce. It was formerly the Service Cloud Consultant.
What the Service Consultant Course Covers
Service consultants design how a company helps its customers. They plan channels, routing, case handling, knowledge and analytics, and now they also plan where AI agents take on part of the work.
The exam spreads its weight across eight sections. Agentforce Service Solution Design is the largest at 15%. Intake and Interaction Channels, Case Management and Contact Center Analytics are 13% each, and four more sections fill out the rest.
The passing score is 78%, the highest of the Salesforce exams we teach, so there's little room for gaps. We cover every section and spend extra time on routing, channels and case management, where scenarios get detailed.
Salesforce recommends 2 to 5 years of service implementation experience. We bring real contact center examples into class so the scenarios feel familiar even if your own experience is narrower.
We're an independent training provider. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, and this isn't official Salesforce training. Salesforce sets the exam content, fees and policies, so check trailhead.salesforce.com before you register.

Where the Service Consultant Can Take You
This credential fits Salesforce service consultant, contact center solution and customer experience roles. It shows you can design a service operation end to end, from intake to analytics.
With the Agentforce Sales Consultant, it covers the two most common kinds of Salesforce projects.
For context, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a May 2025 median annual wage of $105,850 for computer systems analysts. Pay depends on location, experience and the rest of your skill set, so treat that as a reference point, not a promise.
Service Cloud Consultant
Design and deliver service implementations.
Contact Center Solution Designer
Plan channels, routing and AI agents.
Customer Experience Manager
Own the tools behind support quality.
Business Systems Analyst
Bridge support leaders and the Salesforce team.
How We Prepare You for the Service Consultant
We follow a customer from first contact to resolved case. Channels and intake, then routing and case management, then knowledge, analytics and integrations, with AI agent design woven through.
Because the pass mark is 78%, we close every module with a scenario set and track your weak sections, then come back to them before exam day.
How long should you study? With a few years of service project work, plan on our class plus four to six weeks of review. With less, give it longer and spend time in a Developer Edition org setting up routing and case flows.
You're ready when you score well above the 78% pass mark on mixed scenario sets, across every section. We track that with you so you know when to book.
Service leaders in our classes often say the exam gave them a clearer view of their own contact center. Thinking through channels, routing and AI agents as one design helps you spot where customers get stuck.
Contact Center Cases
Realistic service projects worked end to end.
Routing Labs
Omni-Channel, queues and assignment set up hands-on.
Agent Design
Where Agentforce agents fit and where people should stay.
Gap Tracking
Section scores so you fix weak spots before the exam.
